Interviewer instructions
Here are directions on how to measure weight:
(i) Hook the scale onto a tree and attach a stick held by two people
(ii) Suspend weighing pants (trousers) from the lower hook of the scale and recalibrate to zero, allowing the pants to hang freely from the hook
(iii)Remove the child's clothes and place him/her in the weighing pants (Make sure that you ask the parents for permission to do this and ask them to remove the clothes. Also, make sure you are weighing the child in their presence)
(iv)Read the scale at eye level. If the child is moving and the needle does not stabilise, estimate the weight by using the value at the midpoint of oscillations
(v) Record the value
