Interviewer instructions
This question asks about the time interval between the beginning of the child's fever and when he/she took the first dose of an antimalarial medicine to treat the fever. If multiple antimalarial medicines are mentioned in ML4 or ML7, name all antimalarials mentioned. Record the code for the day on which an antimalarial was given for the first time. If he/she started taking (the antimalarial) the same day the fever started, circle '0' for 'Same day'. If the antimalarial was first given the next day (the day after the fever began), circle '1' for 'Next day' and so on. If the respondent does not know how long after the fever started the child first took the antimalarial, circle '8'.
