Interviewer instructions
Purchased means that the household paid for the item on cash basis or by cheque, or by credit. This is expenditure for the household which has been paid or will be paid for at some later date. Please note that this question is asking about how much of each item the household members purchased. In the first column please fill the total quantity purchased, followed by the unit code for the purchase and finally in column three, please enter the total amount of money paid for the item in Kenya shillings.
