A Growth Monitoring clinic is for children under-five years and is usually carried out at a local health facility. At these regularly scheduled clinics, the general health of infants and young children is assessed. The children are regularly weighed and measured. Immunizations (vaccinations) are also administered to the children. If a child participated in the growth-monitoring program, the interviewer will record YES.
