YEARS
Interviewer instructions
The age of the house is important in confirming the value of the house as well as indicative of the maintenance and durability of the house.

There are instances where the construction of a house took a long time(e.g. construction of a house started in 1991 and ended in 1999). Always take the age of house from when the house was completed and/or first occupied.

If house is over 98 years, code 98
If “DON'T KNOW”( D.K) code 99.
