Quest 1.2: The land being referred to in this question is the land on which the dwelling unit is built, if the land is owned by a household member, this question is not applicable. Land which is rented or leased is based on a specific agreement between the land owner and a member of the household, land leased is usually based on a longer term agreement of over a year while rented land is based on shorter term agreements usually requiring more regular payments, example monthly payments.
