Description

Definition

1. Buying if drinking water is obtained by purchasing.
Example: Tap water from PAM/PDAM/BPAM, or bottled water.
2. Customer-based if drinking water is buying on a monthly.
3. Not buying if drinking water is obtained with their own efforts for free.
Explanation: Asking a neighbor to get water from the dam by paying for his effort is considered buying drinking water.
