Definition
Theft is the Act of taking something that is partially or completely goods that belonging to another person with the intent to unlawfully held.

Robbery is a theft that preceded, accompanied or followed by violence or threat of violence, against people with a view to preparing or facilitating the theft, in which case caught red-handed, to allow escape alone or with other participants, or to keep control of the stolen goods or if his actions were carried out at night in a house oror yard that is enclosed, on public roads, or in a running train or tram or if the act resulted in severe injuries.
