Eligibility:
Migrants - Including those who are in the age group 15-59 and moved from one district to another within the give years before the survey.

For cities: Ha Noi, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh, those who moved from one quarter to another within a city are not covered by this definition.

Interviewer instructions

Circle the line number in Column (10) for all migrant persons
An migrant person for an interview using Individual Questionnaire (Form B) must be a usual resident of the household, between 15 and 59 years of age and moving from one district to another within 5 years before the survey. Look at Column (6) and Column (9) [age in Column 6 must be from 15 to 59, and column 9 must be circled code “3” or “4”].
