Interviewer instructions

For each member of the household, it will be ascertained whether he or she was engaged in 'own account construction' activity at any time during the week or not. Own account construction activity includes construction of own houses, roads and well, etc., and also construction of any private or community facilities, but free of charge (more details in Instruction manual attached as external resource)
