Definition

This refers to the finished products consumed by the family. Bread baked in the households is not covered in this item but the flour used should be reported in Item 5 (Flour). Examples to be included in Item 3 are loaf (sliced), “pan de sal”, pies, doughnuts, cakes, etc. which are purchased or received as gift by the family.
