Biscuits and cookies baked at home do not fall under this category. However, the flour used in making any of these is to be reported in Item 5 (Flour). Take note that biscuits may either be bought in cans, packages or in pieces. Note that the quantity and the value to be reported here refer to the average/normal consumption of the family per week. Hence, for a family that is in the habit of buying biscuits or cookies in large quantities, follow the estimation procedure outlined in Item 1 (rice) in getting an estimate of the week's consumption.
