Crime rates and poverty in Mexico

To replicate the analysis change the working directory at the beggining of each script and run in the following order
##
* crimeRates.R Downloads total crime data and puts it in wide form
* homicidesRates.R Downloads homicide data and puts it in wide form
* mergeData.R merge total crime and homicides with poverty data
* changeShpToNumeric.R changes string values to numeric in the shapefile for further processing in Tilemill
